Please check your boxes as soon as they are received. While we do our best to ensure that the order is correct upon packing, we are human, and mistakes happen. You have three days from the date that your tracking number is updated that the package was delivered to inform us of any issues with your order. After three days, your order is considered correct, and we cannot make any adjustments afterward.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. It is the customers responsibility to check prints to ensure they are not damaged prior to pressing. We suggest holding the print up to a light to ensure it is correct. Once the print is pressed, Vmoon Designs is not liable for any issues with the print. We reserve the right to hold a 10% processing fee from your refund in the chance that we do cancel your order. Custom orders must be received the exact way you want them printed for your order. There is a $5 fee per image if we have to resize. If you do not pay this fee within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, your order will be canceled, and Vmoon Designs will hold a 10% processing fee from your refund. We do our absolute best to ship out within our stated time. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only. All transfers ship out of Nevada.

Orders are picked up by UPS/USPS Tuesday-Friday.
Route Insurance is an option to protect your packages. It is auto-selected at the time of check out. If you select First Class package and do not select Route insurance, you assume all liability if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged. If you choose First Class package or UPS and do not select Route insurance, you agree to submit all claims to USPS or UPS. If you purchase Route insurance, you have ten days from when your tracking number updates that the package was delivered to submit a claim, despite what shipping option you choose. After ten days, Vmoon Designs and Route are no longer responsible for any issues with the order. Shipping is dependent on the weight of your order. For US orders, we provide the option of USPS and UPS. For international orders, we provide the choice of DHL and UPS. As long as you put an email in your order, you will receive a notification when your item is ready to be shipped, along with the tracking number. Please ensure you have the correct address at the time of checking out. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. USPS is liable for the delivery of your items en route.
