Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. It is the customer's responsibility to check prints to ensure they are not damaged prior to pressing. We suggest holding the print up to a light to ensure it is correct. Once the print is pressed, Vmoon Designs is not liable for any issues with the print. We reserve the right to hold a 10% processing fee from your refund in the chance that we do cancel your order. Custom orders must be received the exact way you want them printed for your order. There is a $5 fee per image if we have to resize. If you do not pay this fee within 24 hours of the invoice being sent, your order will be canceled, and Vmoon Designs will hold a 10% processing fee from your refund. We do our absolute best to ship out within our stated time. We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only. All transfers ship out of Nevada.
